Arrests Recoveries FRANKFORT Ky (UPI) Kentucky State Police credit some 750 arrests and stolen property recoveries during 1968 to the tie-in with the computerized National Crime Information Center And during the first two months of 1969 the system resulted in 175 arrests or recoveries in Kentucky on even higher rate than last year the KSP says The system allows state troopers to check within
