What if I forgot my Consultant ID for Scentsy? ›

If you cannot remember your Consultant ID please email accountservices@scentsy.com with your email and postal addresses.

A PWS, or “Personal Website,” is a Consultant's personalized Scentsy website extension, hosted by Scentsy, from which a Consultant may market and sell Scentsy products. Consultants are not required to have a PWS.

Are there monthly sales requirements for Scentsy Consultants? To be considered “active,” you must generate sales resulting in 200 points or more in PRV in a single month. The 200 points in PRV can come from individual customer orders, party orders or online orders made through your PWS.

Scentsy offers one of the most generous compensation plans in the industry. You can earn between 20% to 25% commission on your sales and up to 9% royalties from your downline. There is no obligation to recruit consultants and build a downline, you are in control of your earnings.

Please note: Shipments containing a discontinued Scentsy Bar may only be skipped once in a 12-month period. Beyond that, the bar is automatically and permanently removed from your subscription. Cancelling an entire order also counts as a skip. You can skip the entire shipment during lockdown.

| Scentsy Questions. The answer is no. Scentsy is a direct selling company and in order to become a consultant you must choose a sponsor.

200 PRV. To remain a Scentsy consultant, we must have a minimum of 200 PRV, all in one calendar month, to occur at least once every twelve months. In the United States, 200 PRV (Personal Retail [sales] Volume) is generally equal to $200.

Is there a minimum order for Scentsy? ›

Scentsy products can be ordered in any amount, with no minimum order requirement, either directly through a Consultant's Scentsy Website or through the Consultant.

Scentral by Scentsy Inc is a social and communication app available for Android users. It is developed by Beekeeper and is free to use. Scentral is designed to enhance the Scentsy experience, where users can communicate, connect, share, and engage with others in one easy-to-use resource.

You can activate your account in one of two ways: Clicking on the link provided in your Scensty Family Pay Portal activation email. From the Scensty Family Pay Portal Login Page, click on Activate Account. Once complete, click on Continue.

To find your link, log in to your Scentsy Club account and navigate to the Rewards and Referrals tab. Copy the link and paste it into the messaging app of your choice or share via one of the methods provided.
