Jessica Tracy Bass, the daughter of Melinda Aikins Bass of Scarsdale, N.Y., and Stanley Bass of Riverdale, the Bronx, is to be married this afternoon to Patrick James Kirk, the son of Nancy Kirk of Manhattan and the late Francis P. Kirk Jr. Judge Ingrid S. Braslow of Family Court of Westchester County in White Plains is to officiate at the Regal U.N. Plaza Hotel in Manhattan.
The bride, 30, is a computer software trainer at CCN, a computer consulting firm in Manhattan. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College. Her mother, a lawyer in White Plains, was until last year the president of the Women's Bar Association of New York. The bride's father is a staff counsel for the Second Circuit of the Federal Court of Appeals in Manhattan.
The bridegroom, 32, is a manager in the technology department of the American Express Bank in Manhattan. He graduated from Northwestern University and received a law degree from George Washington University. His mother is a freelance writer and editor in Manhattan.
